In 2023 Terence introduced the Ontario NDP's Homes Ontario Plan to the legislature, our ambitious plan to build 250,000 permanently affordable units of housing - endorsed by London City Council
In 2024, Terence introduced his Employee Ownership Strategy which would help keep small businesses local, protect jobs, and make workers' lives better. The plan was endorsed by the CEOs of the London Chamber of Commerce, and the Ontario Chamber of Commerce.
As he always says, "London is the heart of Southwestern Ontario, and it's healthcare hub", Terence has been a consistent voice to keep our healthcare system public, working efficiently.
